Beginning in 2005, the International Barcode of Life conference series has been held every other year and has grown in both participation and scientific scope over time. The 9th<\/sup>\u00a0conference will take place in Costa Rica. The iBOL conference series has been to 5 continents, and 9 countries with more than 70 nations discussing a wide range of topics.<\/p>\n
