The online submission form will be available until the submission deadline at midnight (Washington, DC time) on Wednesday, June 15, 2011.

The only invited speaker will be an individual selected by the Local Organizing Committee to give the keynote address. All other speaker and poster display slots will be awarded following review of abstracts submitted through the online submission system.

Conference organizers hope to distribute the results of the review of abstracts by July 1. The full agenda with speakers and poster presenters should be released by August 1.
